5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are communicated prior to service confirmation

  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, distance, duration, and service complexity

  • All prices are final unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Payments must be made according to the terms communicated at booking

 

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation and modification policies are communicated individually at the time of booking

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged partially or in full

  • Changes requested on short notice are subject to availability

 

7. Client Conduct

Clients must:

  • Respect the driver and vehicle

  • Comply with Romanian traffic and safety laws

  • Avoid behavior that may endanger persons or property

  • Refrain from illegal activities during the service

PremiumRide reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in case of serious misconduct.

 

8. Liability and Limitations

PremiumRide shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where mandatory law applies.
